Generate School Spirit and Raise Needed Funds!

We realize that budget cuts and the economy in general can make it difficult for schools to purchase equipment and supplies that are needed throughout the school year.

We also understand that friends and relatives can only eat so much cookie dough - and the $20.00 coupon books often end up in a kitchen drawer only to be rediscovered after most of the coupons have expired.

Here's how we can partner with you in a fundraising effort that is sure to generate excitement on your campus and beyond.

First, we will work with your school in producing awesome graphics and printed apparel: clothing the students will want to wear.  As cereal and toy manufacturers understand, the kids have a stong influence over parental pocket books these days!

Next, we will print apparel samples, one in each size offered in the fundraiser, to be displayed on campus.  This creates excitement, and answers student and staff questions before they purchase: What size should I order?  Is the apparel top quality?  How about the printing, what will the finished product look like?  To create even more buzz on campus, some schools purchase shirts up front for student council and other organizational leaders to wear during the campaign.

In addition, we will provide electronic files for each of the following: order forms to send home with the students, an excel spreadsheet for the teachers to use in tallying orders (should you choose to administer the sale that way), and a flyer in both black and white and color, to display around campus.  We can also provide full color banners to hang in the cafeteria or at the student store.  These banners are available for $4.50/square foot.

Risk Free Fundraising is what this all adds up to.  For example, let's say we provide a tee shirt printed with a one color front and a one color back which can easliy be sold for $10.00  And please, don't let the minimal colors fool you, we can create exciting graphics by incorporating the ink color, as well as the shirt color in to the design. 

Should you sell 72-143 shirts, we will charge you $6.50/tax, per shirt and you keep the difference.  Should you sell 144 - 288 shirts, our price to you will be $6.00/tax.  And should you sell more than 288 shirts your price will drop to $5.50/tax.  Add sweatshirts to the mix during the colder months, and you've got all the tools for a successful fundraiser.  

There are no up front or out-of-pocket costs (you don't even have to pay for the banner until the sale is over, we'll include it on your final invoice).  You collect the money, and keep the percentage earned based on overall sales.  It can't be any simpler!
