When you are ready to place your order, please call us @ 909-599-5870. We will discuss product details, including production and shipping times, as well as decorating options. Alternatively, you may fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will contact you shortly.
Next, to ensure you are thrilled with the final product, we will discuss your artwork needs. Files we prefer to work with are: Illustrator (.ai and .eps) and Photoshop (.psd and .eps) files. If you have a file type that is different from those above we can discuss the available options. Please e-mail artwork files to art@provisionpromo.net.
Once we have compiled the necessary information, we will bill you electronically. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard through a secure connection. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due prior to shipping.
And yes, we realize this process is a bit cumbersome. But be assured that we will make the process enjoyable! Together we will create decorated apparel and promotional products you will be excited to receive and distribute.
